The spam is using content from a random manuscript in order to try and get around filters. A quick Google search shows that the excerpt in this specific message comes from "Gone with the Wind."

I keep getting these also. I wondered what they were until I checked my email via Outlook and I saw that it asked if I wanted to let the person know that I had read the email.

It is a simple little trick to see if your email exists, so that your information can be sold to a 3rd party.
